Southern part of Corfu

As an alternative you are also offered a full day excursion to the southern part of Corfu, where you will have the opportunity to experience the truly traditional life of the southern villages of the island and have a taste of a region unknown to tourism.

We drive along the south-east coast of the island, through the old fisher-village Benitses and the neighbouring villages of Messonghi and Moraitika, one of the most popular tourist resorts and reach the charming village Chlomos, with its nice old houses, situated on a hill, overlooking the Epirus (mainland opposite of Corfu Island).

We proceed through the traditional villages of Marathia, Perivoli and Lefkimmi, with its small canal passing through the biggest village of the southern part of Corfu. Enjoy the peace of the various green colours, provided by the olive and pin-woods.
