Paxos Antipaxos & Parga

The island of Corfu is surrounded by wonderful places. In your holidays here don’t miss the chance to visit three of these places and have a day cruise at the same time. The beauty of Parga, which is perfectly situated on the Greek Mainland and the two islands, Paxos and Antipaxos on the southern coast of Corfu will be an unforgettable memory.

Departing from Corfu’s old port at 09:00 you will have a panoramic view of the old town, among the two Venetian fortresses. Continuing south of Corfu we can see the Kanoni peninsula and the palace of Mon-Repos where Prince Philip was born. We can also see some other beautiful resorts such as Perama, Benitses and the most southern part of Corfu – Kavos and Asprokavos.

Our first stop is Antipaxos where we stay for approx. 40 min. to have a swim in its crystal waters. We arrive in Paxos at about 11:00 entering the narrow channel which lead us to the picturesque small port of Gaios village; we see a superb view of the two islands, Panagia and Ag. Nikolaos. The ship is staying in Gaios for 2 hours so you have time to walk through the wonderful narrow streets and enjoy your lunch at one of the traditional tavernas. There is also time to visit with speed boat the famous blue caves of Poseidon or to tour the island by coach visiting the traditional fishing villages of Logos and Lakas, for a cup of coffee.

The last stop of our cruise is the town of Parga where we arrive at approx. 14:45. You have the opportunity to swim, go shopping in the various souvenir shops of the town or visit the fortress on a small peninsula not far from the port.

When the clock shows 17:00 hrs it is time for us to return. After discovering these three places you can relax and enjoy the wonderful view of the rocky coast and the sandy beaches on the way back to Corfu. The cruise finishes at about 19:30 when we reach the old port again.
